Ensuring the quality of a food product before shipment can mean the difference between profit and a major recall. Physical properties, taste, shape, color, microbial presence, damage--measuring all these factors can be an important yet challenging task for the food processor. SwRI understands the challenges involved in ensuring a quality finished product--we offer a range of technologies to solve some of the most difficult quality assurance tasks and the expertise necessary to develop new techniques for special applications.
