Training Technologies

The Training Technologies Section at Hill AFB develops quality-oriented task qualification and safety training. This training is geared for staff involved in aircraft, missile, and munitions maintenance, as well as instructional programs in hazardous materials handling, logistics support, financial management, electronics, special skills qualification training and certification, and production management.

These training products embody all aspects of instructional systems design, including target population and task analysis, course design and development, validation, and performance evaluation. 

SwRI's commitment to quality, its technical expertise, and state-of-the-art production equipment and techniques, allows the staff to develop products that meet the client's training and budget requirements. The Institute uses tools, templates, and development experience in all media to develop the most cost-effective, flexible, and responsive training solutions.
